Multics r82 new settings

* Fixed many bugs.
* Restructured ecm data for faster search.
* added more optimizations on cache/cahceex data.
* fixed cache filter.
* fixed cccam cacheex
* fixed freecccam server.
* Added cs378x/camd35 protocol server/client (generic and cacheex mode 2/3)
* added some options

There is limitation:
* CCcam: max 512 clients
* Mgcamd: max 512 clients
* Newcamd: unlimited connections faster (for exchange) with low cpu usage than cccam and mgcamd.
* Servers: unlimited connections like newcamd.

Just select reader protocol in Oscam, so in Oscam webif, add reader and select protocol
